Join the Metro Rotary Club of Honolulu for a hands-on day of service at the Hawaiʻi Foodbank as we help support local families in need. Together, we’ll sort, pack, and prepare food items that will be distributed across our community.

This is a meaningful opportunity to give back, fight food insecurity, and make a direct impact on the lives of individuals and families throughout Hawaiʻi. Whether you’re a Rotarian or a community volunteer, your time will help ensure that no one in our community goes hungry.

Come ready to serve, connect, and be part of something bigger.

Our Speaker is Ed Noh, Director of Hawaii Public Charter Schools.  Ed will present an overview of the mission of Hawaii Charter Schools.  A charter school in Hawaii is a tuition-free, publicly funded school that operates with more freedom than a normal public school. It is run by its own local board and follows a special contract instead of standard district rules.  Ed will elaborate on the differences and how Charter Schools work.
